Basic job responsibilities include but not limit to
* Office reception
* Safety and security of office
* Employee travel related arrangement (ticket and hotel booking etc.)
* Office supply purchase
* Facility maintenance including serving as point of contact with Property Office for any issues related to office rental
* Office sanitation
* Printersfaxing machinecopying machine maintenance
* Other responsibilities manager may assign per business needs
* Close work with Shanghai HR, Finance for remote site management
* Involve service business including Intel PO, Spare part Quote, FSR tracking, BI report, Billing and AR tracking…
* Teambuilding organization and team morale motivation
* U.S. visitor’s logistic arrangement and related supporting
* Office operation cost tracking and reduction
* Supplier management
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above, English or administration majored is preferred
1 year or above work experience in administration area is necessary, better to have experience in multinational companies
* Customer-focused, willing to serve
* Result-orientated
* Proactive, focus to details, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Good problem-solving skill
* Ability to handle multi-tasks, able to work under pressure
* Passionate, self-motivated and responsible
* Can work under high pressure
* Excellent oral and written language skills both in Chinese and English
* Good computer skill (particularly with MS word, excel and power point)
