- 入職后2周左右業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn),預(yù)計(jì)會(huì)安排在蘇州奕歐來(lái)/無(wú)錫奧萊店
- 培訓(xùn)期間發(fā)基本薪資,沒(méi)有業(yè)務(wù)提成
- 培訓(xùn)期間班次 11-8點(diǎn)/10-7點(diǎn); 做五休二
- 上崗后班次:早中晚班: 10-7;11-8;1-10; 做五休二
RESPONSIBILITIES 職責(zé):
1. To execute effectively store operation to meet company standard. 有效執(zhí)行符合公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的店鋪營(yíng)運(yùn)。
2. To give brand standard of inspired customer service at all times. 持續(xù)為客戶提供品牌倡導(dǎo)的高品質(zhì)服務(wù)。
3. To understand the customer and develop the sale by selecting an appropriate range of options for the customer, providing good product knowledge, and offering appropriate additional items (link selling).了解客戶需求并選擇適合客戶的銷售方式來(lái)推介產(chǎn)品。具備良好的產(chǎn)品知識(shí)、并能提供有效的附加銷售。
4. To understand and effectively follow all point of sale procedures。知曉并有效操作所有收銀流程。
5. To strive to meet individual sales targets and be aware of store sales targets. 知曉店鋪銷售目標(biāo),并努力達(dá)成個(gè)人銷售目標(biāo)。
6. To participate in stocktaking as required and to ensure accurate counting of stock. 參與店鋪盤點(diǎn)并確保店鋪貨品數(shù)量準(zhǔn)確。
7. Assisting with delivery of stock, if required協(xié)助店鋪貨物送遞。
8. Assist and maintain VM standard, to provide a clean and inspired shopping environment to customers. 協(xié)助和維護(hù)VM標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為客戶提供一個(gè)干凈、充滿靈感的購(gòu)物環(huán)境。
9. Possess a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and consistently follow and enforce company guidelines on operations. 對(duì)公司的政策和程序有透徹的了解,并始終遵守和執(zhí)行公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)方針。
REQUREMENTS要求:
1. To present oneself appropriately and in line with the brand image and company dress code. 個(gè)人形象符合品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和公司著裝要求。
2. To follow working schedule/shift according to store business request including weekend and holidays. 根據(jù)店鋪營(yíng)運(yùn)需求服從排班(包括周末和節(jié)假日)。
3. To participate in stock takes outside of normal working hours to ensure a smooth operation at all times. 能在工作時(shí)間以外參與貨品調(diào)配保證店鋪運(yùn)營(yíng)順利進(jìn)行。
4. To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team. 執(zhí)行管理人員分配的其他職責(zé)。
5. Service-oriented, passionate, hardworking and willing to learn. 具有較強(qiáng)的服務(wù)意識(shí), 積極熱情,工作努力有上進(jìn)心。
6. Has experience in luxury or premium fashion brand. 有在奢侈品或高端服飾品牌工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
